Tanzania

Probably one of the most renowned places on the planet as a safari destination, Tanzania has it all. From the rolling plains of the Serengeti to the palm-fringed beaches of Zanzibar, this wonderful country offers a wide range of destinations which help it provide an excellent safari location for almost anyone. The north of the country undoubtedly provides some of the best game-viewing on the planet and is of course the setting for the Great Migration, as well as the jaw-dropping Ngorongoro Crater. However, to the south of the country – slightly off the beaten track – are the Ruaha and Nyerere National Parks which offer a greater sense of remoteness whilst also offering some exceptional wildlife encounters.
