Another of Zambia’s well-kept secrets, the Lower Zambezi is one of the most stunning National Parks in Africa. With the might Zambezi River pulsating through, exploring this iconic area can be done in several different ways. Livingstone is ideally situated near one of the main geographical attractions of Southern Africa - Victoria Falls. The Mosi-O-Tunya  (the ‘Smoke that Thunders’) – or as we know it, Victoria Falls – is the largest sheet of falling water in the world and one of the seven natural wonders of the world. With a width of 1700metres, the glistening water of the might Zambezi crashes over 100metres down into the Batoka Gorge.

The Victoria Falls are a great addition to any Southern African safari, offering a wide range of adventurous and thrill-seeking activities – from Bungee Jumping, White-Water rafting, Helicopter flights and sunset cruises on the Zambezi. Game is relatively limited to Elephants, Buffalo, common plains game and a very small number of White Rhino.
